Description

Edelbrock part #1146 is a Generator Bracket kit for our 1109, '49-53 Ford Flathead Triple Deuce Intake Manifold. It is for those using the manifold in conjunction with a stock style generator. The purpose of kit is to remedy the interference between the generator and forward-most carburetor. The kit includes an offset generator bracket and water outlet (thermostat housing). The offset bracket attaches to the standard generator mount flange on the manifold but moves the generator out to the right where it is clear of the forward-most carburetor. The included water outlet allows the hose to be routed out past the generator before turning towards the radiator. (This is not required for the triple deuce manifold on motors with early center outlet heads.)
