Rock Krawler Dana 60 Rear Axle Truss For Jeep JK/JKU/JL/JLU/JT

The Rock Krawler Dana 60 Rear Axle Truss is a weld-on reinforcement built to strengthen the rear axle of your Jeep JK, JL, JLU, or Gladiator JT!

Designed to improve durability under heavy load, harsh terrain, and large tire setups—this truss adds stiffness, reduces axle twisting, and helps maintain suspension alignment in demanding off-road use.

• Universal Weld-On Design — Attaches directly to the axle housing to add strength without depending on weaker bolt-on brackets. 
• Fits Multiple Jeep Models — Compatible with JK, JKU, JL, JLU, and JT platforms running Dana 60 rear axles. 
• Required for High-Pinion Setups — If your Jeep has a high pinion axle, plan on adding a rear upper control arm for correct geometry.  
• Improved Off-Road Resilience — Minimizes flexing and stress on axle tubes, housing, and joints while crawling, dragging, or hitting side hits. 

Fitment & Installation Notes

• Not compatible with stock axle housings without a Dana 60 setup — only for JK / JKU / JL / JLU / JT with Dana 60 rear. 
• Welding required — installation must be welded onto axle housing.  
• If using a high-pinion rear axle, a rear upper control arm is required to maintain proper alignment and reduce driveline vibration. 
• Smooth finish and hardened weld prep help ensure clean install and long service life. Maintenance includes routine inspection of welds and hardware.
