Refund policy
Returns:
Authorized returns are available for 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be unused, and without blemish or damage. Your item(s) must also be in the original packaging.
Please note: Special-order/custom items cannot be returned, and deposits will not be refunded. Special-order/custom items may also not be canceled unless approved by FASS MOTORSPORTS management. In the event of an authorized cancellation, an automatic 20% cancellation fee will be applied without exception. Canceled orders may be subject to paying the credit card Fee upon return.
Additionally, due to manufacturers occasionally adjusting lead times for special-order/custom items, any resulting cancellations will not be accepted.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned—including hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Proof of purchase will be required for any return, regardless of purchase date.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item, and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (transaction length will vary).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund, please recheck your bank account. If the refund isn't visible, please contact your credit card company or banking institution—there may be a waiting period before your refund posts.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items may be refunded—sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at info@fassmotorsports.com. Once your exchange has been confirmed by FASS MOTORSPORTS staff, please ship your item to:

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please Note: No returns without an RMA
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from FASS Motorsports before a product is to be returned to FASS Motorsports for any reason. Unauthorized merchandise returns (e.g., not accompanied by an RMA number) will not be eligible for product credit.
If a product is returned for product quality issues, please detail the product's problem in a written document accompanying the returned product for FASS Motorsports to investigate and review.
If a product is to be considered for return it must be less than 60 days from ship date and must be sealed by the manufacturer.
If a product is being returned for product credit or replacement, the returned product must be received by FASS Motorsports unbroken and unopened and within the applicable date to be accepted. No RMA or product credit will be issued for a product that is past the expiration date on the label.

- No cash refunds and/or credit card chargebacks will be given for returned merchandise.
- Once RMA is processed, the RMA cannot be canceled.
- Once an order is processed through our system it cannot be canceled.
