How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, like most online retailers, we use advertising and analytics technologies that may qualify as "selling" or "sharing" personal information under California and other state privacy laws, because they involve disclosing identifiers and browsing activity to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time — see Your Privacy Rights below.
We share information with:

- Payment processors and financing providers, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Affirm, and Shop Pay Installments
- Shipping and freight carriers to deliver your order
- Manufacturers and distributors when required to fulfill a drop-shipped order or process a warranty claim

- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
Service providers are contractually limited to using your information only to perform services for us.
Payments
We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Card information is transmitted directly to our payment providers over an encrypted connection and processed under their security standards and privacy policies.
Cookies, Pixels & Session Analytics
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure site performance, and deliver advertising.
Session recording and heatmaps. We use analytics tools that record how visitors interact with our pages, including mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and page navigation. These recordings help us find broken pages and improve checkout. They are configured to mask information entered into form fields, and we do not use them to capture payment card numbers or passwords.
Most browsers accept cookies automatically. You can change your browser settings to refuse cookies, though some features of our site — including cart and checkout — may not work correctly if you do.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it
- Access a copy of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and of targeted advertising
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Appeal a denial of your request, where your state provides that right
- Be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you products, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.
These rights are currently available to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws in effect.

Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to each provider's retention schedule.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Information transmitted to and from our site is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
