This website is operated by FASS Motorsports ("FASS Motorsports," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Returns & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Core Charge Policy, all of which are incorporated here by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this site.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to purchase from this site. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use is yours or that you are authorized to use it.
2. Emissions Compliance & Off-Road Use
Read this section carefully. It is your responsibility, not ours.
Certain products sold on this site are legal for competition or off-road use only on vehicles that are never operated on public roads or highways. It is a violation of federal law under the Clean Air Act, and of the laws of many states, to remove, defeat, bypass, or render inoperative any emissions control device on a vehicle operated on public roads.
By purchasing from this site, you represent and agree that:
- You will install and use any product designated as off-road or competition use only on a vehicle used exclusively for closed-course competition or off-road purposes
- You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is legal in your state and for your intended use
- You will not use any product in a manner that violates the Clean Air Act, EPA regulations, CARB requirements, or any state or local emissions law
- You accept full responsibility for any fines, penalties, failed inspections, or legal consequences arising from your use of a product
Products sold for off-road or competition use are not legal for sale, installation, or use on emissions-controlled vehicles in California or in states that have adopted California emissions standards. We make no representation that any product is CARB-exempt or 50-state legal unless a CARB Executive Order number is expressly listed on the product page.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe is intended for unlawful use.
3. Fitment Information
Our parts finder, fitment filters, year/make/model tools, and product descriptions are provided as a guide only. Vehicle configurations vary by trim, cab and bed configuration, drivetrain, production date, wheel and tire package, and prior modifications.
You are responsible for verifying that a part fits your specific vehicle before installation. We are glad to help — call us at 636.429.7020 or email info@fassmotorsports.com before you order if you have any doubt.
Fitment errors discovered after installation are not returnable. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
4. Installation, Warranty & Vehicle Modification
Installation. Products sold on this site are intended for installation by a qualified technician. Improper installation can cause property damage, personal injury, or death. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, improper use, or use of a product on an application for which it was not intended.
Product warranty. Products are covered by the warranty of their respective manufacturer, if any. FASS Motorsports does not provide an independent warranty on products we resell. We will assist you in filing and pursuing a manufacturer warranty claim, but the manufacturer determines the outcome. Warranty claims are subject to each manufacturer's own terms and timelines.
Vehicle warranty. Installing aftermarket parts may affect your vehicle's factory warranty coverage. You are responsible for understanding the impact on your OEM warranty before installing any product.
Installation services. Installation work performed at our facility is governed by a separate work order and its terms, not by these Terms of Service.
5. Orders, Pricing & Availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy; no contract is formed until we accept and process your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit quantities per person, household, or order. These limits may apply to orders using the same account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors outside our dealer program.
Pricing and description errors. Despite our efforts, listings may occasionally contain errors in price, description, image, specification, shipping cost, transit time, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order has been submitted and payment captured. If we cancel for this reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund including any processing fee.
Product images are representative. Actual finish, color, and hardware may vary, and monitor calibration affects color accuracy.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and financing through Shop Pay Installments and Affirm. Financing is provided by the third-party lender under its own terms; we are not a party to your financing agreement.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your transactions and reach you when needed.
7. Returns, Cancellations & Core Charges
Returns and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Core charges are governed by our Core Charge Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms.
Core basics. Certain parts — turbos, injectors, injection pumps, high-pressure oil pumps and similar — carry a refundable core deposit. At checkout you choose one of two options:
- Core Deposit (fully refundable). You pay the core charge at purchase. Return the core within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the deposit.
- Core Billed Separately. Your card is not charged the core deposit at checkout. We contact you to arrange the refundable deposit directly before your order ships. Because this is handled manually, it may add time before the order goes out.
Late core returns are refunded on a sliding scale: 90% after the applicable window, 70% after 60 days, 50% after 90 days. Cores returned more than 6 months out are accepted at our discretion.
Cores must be returned like-for-like, drained of all fluids, and complete. Cracked cases, disassembled cores, and cores missing major components receive reduced credit or none. You are responsible for core return shipping, and you must provide a tracking number to info@fassmotorsports.com — without confirmed tracking we cannot guarantee your core refund.

8. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss
Shipping terms, transit times, and freight handling are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for carrier delays.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Claims for shipping damage must be handled per the inspection and reporting requirements in our Returns & Refund Policy.
9. Dealer & Wholesale Accounts
Dealer and wholesale pricing is available only to approved accounts and is governed by a separate dealer agreement. Retail purchases made on this site are for end use and may not be resold without our written authorization.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, product descriptions, photography, logos, graphics, and page design — is owned by FASS Motorsports or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, scrape, or exploit any portion of the site without our express written permission.
Manufacturer names, part numbers, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use this site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit unlawful acts; to violate any federal, state, or local law or regulation; to infringe our intellectual property or that of others; to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against any person; to submit false or misleading information; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect or track others' personal information; to spam, phish, spider, crawl, or scrape; or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the site.
Violation may result in immediate termination of your access.
12. User Submissions
If you send us reviews, photos, ideas, suggestions, or other materials ("Submissions"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, reproduce, publish, and display them in any medium, including marketing. We are under no obligation to keep Submissions confidential, to compensate you, or to respond.
You represent that your Submissions are your own, do not violate anyone's rights, and contain nothing unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or malicious. You are solely responsible for your Submissions.
13. Third-Party Links & Tools
Our site may link to or provide access to third-party websites, tools, and resources that we do not control. We provide these "as is" and "as available" without warranty or endorsement, and we are not liable for them. Review the third party's terms before you use their services. Complaints about third-party products should be directed to that third party.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and all products and services delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement, except as expressly stated by us or provided by the product manufacturer.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FASS Motorsports and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, replacement costs, vehicle damage, downtime, or towing — arising from your use of the site or any product purchased through it, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those states, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FASS Motorsports and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, your violation of the emissions provisions in Section 2, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
17. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or any product purchased from us shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
Class action waiver. You and FASS Motorsports each agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Arbitration shall take place in Franklin County, Missouri, or at your election, by telephone, video, or on written submissions. This section survives termination of these Terms.
18. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide you services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Subject to Section 17, you agree that any action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Missouri, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion severed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
20. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or by us. You may terminate by ceasing to use the site. We may terminate at any time, without notice, if we believe you have failed to comply with any provision. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive it, including Sections 2, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and FASS Motorsports regarding your use of the site, superseding any prior agreements or communications. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. Ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.
