These policies apply to retail customers purchasing products directly from FASS Motorsports. Policies, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. All orders are governed by the policies in effect at the time the order is placed.

Where Your Order Ships From

FASS Motorsports works directly with leading manufacturers and distributors to offer a wide selection of diesel performance and off-road parts.
As a result, many products ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor, rather than from a FASS Motorsports warehouse.

This allows us to provide access to specialized and build-to-order products, but it also means shipping times can vary by brand and product type.


Lead Times & Availability

Some manufacturers operate on production schedules or build-to-order processes rather than stocking inventory. Lead times may range from a few days to several weeks depending on the product, brand, and current demand.

Please note:

  • Items may occasionally appear as “in stock” at the distributor level while still requiring production time prior to shipment.

  • Estimated ship dates are provided after an order is placed, once confirmation is received from the manufacturer or distributor.

  • Lead times are subject to change and are outside of FASS Motorsports’ direct control.

If you are working with a tight build timeline, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can help confirm current availability.

Order Processing & Payment Terms

  • All retail orders are prepaid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.

  • Routing and shipment method are determined at the discretion of FASS Motorsports, unless specific instructions are provided by the customer and agreed upon in advance.


Shipping Responsibility & Title Transfer

  • All shipments are made at the buyer’s expense and risk.

  • Title and responsibility for the product transfer upon delivery to the carrier.

  • FASS Motorsports is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the shipment has been released.


Same-Day Shipping, Rush Orders & Expedited Shipping

Same-Day / Rush Orders

  • Rush orders must be received by 10:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) to be eligible for same-day processing.

  • Same-day shipping availability depends on product location and manufacturer/distributor processing times.

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited shipping orders must be prepaid in full.

  • USPS does not offer true overnight delivery from our manufacturer or distributor locations.

  • UPS does offer true overnight shipping from certain manufacturer locations when available.

  • Expedited shipping fees cover shipping only and do not bypass manufacturer lead times.


Carrier Delays

FASS Motorsports is not responsible for delays caused by freight or parcel carriers failing to meet their delivery schedules due to weather, volume, labor issues, or other factors beyond our control.


Delays, Changes & Cancellations

If a manufacturer lead time changes significantly after your order is placed and no longer aligns with your project timeline, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our team will gladly:

  • Provide updated shipping information

  • Help identify alternative products when available

  • Discuss next steps based on the specific situation
