Description
2005-2007 Leveling applications use the 2008+ Leaf Spring – Require front hanger relocation
Heavy Duty Full Replacement Leaf Springs designed for those with constant 1,000lbs in the bed.
Carli Suspension worked in conjunction with Deaver Leaf Springs to design a leaf spring pack to match our 2.5″ Suspension Lifts while providing a much more predictable and supple ride for the customer that runs 1,000lb constant load in their bed. Whether it be a toolbox, welder, tent/decked setup – the “Heavy Duty” Leaf Springs have you covered
The factory leaf spring packs have 2-4 heavy main springs and an immobile lower overload making for a jarring ride; replacing them with our 9-Leaf main pack and 3-Leaf overload provide much more spring rate progression. The Carli Suspension Super Duty HD Full Spring Pack is designed and built to our specifications supporting up to 15″ of wheel travel with the constant load of 1,000lbs. The center-pin is relocated to accommodate (up to) 38 inch tires, 37″ recommended, and levels the rear perfectly to match our 2.5″/3.5″ front suspension systems, respectively. This spring pack delivers smoother suspension cycling in all situations: highway, off road and towing.
Being an “HD” spring, this is NOT designed for unloaded use. This spring will function exactly as our standard full springs will when loaded with 1,000lbs. If running empty, these will lift more than stated and ride very rigid. It’s worth noting that the standard Carli tuning is not optimal for these springs. It will work as 1,000lbs more of sprung weight and the additional spring rate are right on the cusp of requiring additional tuning (both compression and rebound) but you can get away without it.
