Enhance the style and capabilities of your 2004-2008 Ford F150 4WD truck with a 6-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension. This comprehensive kit includes all the necessary components for improved performance and allows for up to 35" tires. The design features BDS's renowned high-clearance design for increased ground clearance and off-road protection, while also correcting suspension and steering geometry for optimal on-road handling.
The front of the kit is equipped with durable 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, top mounted strut spacers, and multipiece differential relocation brackets for added protection during off-road adventures.
Additionally, steering geometry is addressed with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and other included components such as sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and alignment cam bolts. In the rear, high strength cast steel lift blocks and longer u-bolts are utilized to achieve a leveled stance, and the kit also includes NX2 Nitro or optional FOX 2.
High Clearance Crossmembers
BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.
Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles
BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.
