Experience improved ground clearance, durability, and off-road protection with the proven high-clearance design by BDS. Plus, correct suspension and steering geometry for better on-road handling. The front of the kit features high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, top mounted strut spacers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and a skid-plate for ultimate off-road protection.
High Clearance Crossmembers
BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.
Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles
BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.
OE Knuckle Type
Ford is producing two knuckle/control arm configurations in 2020+ model Rangers. Cast steel knuckle equipped models have different ball joints than models equipped with Aluminum knuckles. Be sure to verify which factory knuckle your truck has before ordering by referencing our help images when customizing your kit.
