For hardcore trail builds, the Dynatrac Hard-Core+ XD60/60 Axle Set (JLSHP-3X3002) is a next-level drivetrain upgrade for 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL/JLU!

This fully modular XD60/60 system is engineered to take 40″+ tires, high torque builds, and aggressive rock crawling—with maximum clearances, rebuildable internals, and premium brake, shaft, and locker options.  

PLEASE NOTE: This package does not fit with Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 or 4xe models.

• Forged Chromoly Shafts — Includes U.S. made 35-spline chromoly shafts, ready for serious torque.

• Modular & Reloadable — Internal components (gears, lockers, etc.) are serviceable; doesn’t require full axle replacement for upgrades. 
• Ram Assist / Track Bar Package — Includes integral ram-assist bracket built into the housing; track bar mount is multi-position. 
• Lockers & Gear Options — ARB Air Locker, Auburn ECTED, or SELECT-A-LOC locker options, and choice of gear ratios like 4.88, 5.13, 5.38 (select when ordering).

• Specifically designed for Jeep Wrangler JL / JLU 2018 and newer models. 
• Targets builds running 40″+ tires, high torque, rock crawling, and race-duty use. 
• Retains your factory hubs, brakes and rotor assemblies as part of the modular setup. 
• Contact Dynatrac or FASS for lead time on variants with specific locker or width options. 

Important Notes & Install Tips

• Flipping the drag link is required due to the built-in ram assist bracket. 
• If using aftermarket knuckles (like Reid Racing), the ram assist bracket may not fit—Dynatrac supports alternate bracket options on request. 
• Use proper torque specs and recheck after break-in. All internal and housing hardware can be serviced.
• Because parts are modular, you can upgrade gear ratios or lockers later without replacing full assemblies.
