7-Inch Lift Kit for 2007-2015 Toyota Tundra 2/4WD

Give your 2007-2015 Toyota Tundra 4WD a MAJOR attitude adjustment with this 7-inch BDS Suspension Lift Kit. Engineered to make your Tundra more capable in any terrain, this kit allows you to run up to 37" tires

This lift kit features BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance strength and offroad protection—while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics.

Up front, this lift kit kit utilizes:

• A lower strut extension
• High-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers
• Multipiece differential relocation brackets
• Heavy-duty skid plates for maximum protection off-road

Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles—utilizing replacement tie rod ends allowing for ESC system compatibility. These combined with the provided sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and supplied hardware a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for any terrain.

In the rear, this kit utilizes:

• Heavy-duty cast steel lift blocks
• Brake line bracket
• Longer u-bolts
• The rear of this kit is rounded out with your choice of specially-tuned NX2 Nitro Series Gas Shocks or FOX 2.0 IFP Performance Series Gas Shocks to offer improved damper performance.
  

High Clearance Crossmembers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick laser-cut perfect-fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with factory tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.

Please Note:

• This kit requires frame bracket modification and welding on 4WD models.
• Stock 18" wheels can not be installed. Factory 20" wheels with more than 6.25" backspacing can not be installed.
• Models with a two-piece rear drive line would require rear driveshaft modification.
• When the kit is installed on 2WD models, the differential brackets will not be used.
• Tundras equipped with 6-piston calipers require modification.
