Utilizing BDS's proven high-clearance design, this kit not only provides improved ground clearance and strength, but also corrects suspension and steering geometry for optimal on-road handling. The front of the kit features top mounted strut spacers, upper control arms, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, and multipiece differential relocation brackets with heavy duty skid plates for added offroad protection.
CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends correct the steering geometry at the new taller ride height, while the provided sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and hardware ensure a comprehensive front suspension lift that can handle any terrain. HD Upper Control Arms (UCAs)
Built for strength, performance and increased travel, these upper control arms are ready to bolt-in with most leveled/lifted trucks. They use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.
High Clearance Crossmembers
BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.
Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles
BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.
