CST Performance Suspension 4" Offset Pin Lift Block # CSB-C14-12. This Block Kit is tapered and has an offset pin design that CST uses on the 2019 and newer GM 1500 Silverado and Sierra trucks. This block is designed for use on vehicles equipped with a 2.50" wide leaf spring.
