What happens when a customer drives four hours to FASS Motorsports with a brand-new 2026 Ford F-250 Platinum and tells us he wants one of the best-riding Super Duty trucks on the road?
Well, apparently, we order four pallets of parts.
That's exactly how this build started! After riding in a coworker's truck equipped with a Carli Suspension E-Venture system, our customer knew he wanted something similar for his own F-250. And he wasn't interested in cutting corners.
From a complete Carli Suspension overhaul to custom-fabricated airbag mounts, new wheels and tires, and a FASS Fuel System, this truck received the full FASS Motorsports treatment.
The Carli Suspension E-Venture System
The star of this build is the Carli Suspension E-Venture system, one of the most advanced suspension options available for Ford Super Duty trucks.
Unlike a traditional lift kit, the E-Venture system uses electronically controlled shocks that automatically adapt to changing driving conditions. Whether you're cruising down the highway, navigating rough roads, or heading off-road, the suspension responds to what the truck is doing.
It even helps manage nose dive during braking, rear-end squat during acceleration, and suspension movement over uneven surfaces.
And with the in-cab controller, the driver can adjust the suspension without ever leaving the driver's seat.
But we didn't stop with the E-Venture kit. This F-250 also received:
- Carli radius arms
- Upgraded rear leaf springs and shackles
- Carli steering components and stabilizers
- Upgraded sway bar
- 20-inch Method wheels
- 37x11.50 Nitto Recon Grappler tires
The goal wasn't just to make this truck taller. It was to make it ride and handle as well as possible.
Custom FASS Fabrication Engineering Saves the Day
Here's where things got particularly interesting.
The customer also wanted to retain his Logiq rear airbag system. Unfortunately, combining the airbags with the upgraded Carli rear leaf springs required a mounting solution that wasn't available right out of the box.
Fortunately, we have a pretty serious advantage here at FASS Motorsports: FASS Fabrication.
Spencer stepped in with our in-house 3D scanning equipment to map the suspension components and develop custom lower airbag mounts. From there, the mounts were laser-cut, bent, welded, and finished specifically for this truck.
The result? The Logiq airbags work with the upgraded Carli suspension, allowing the customer to enjoy the benefits of both systems.
That's the kind of problem-solving that makes having an in-house fabrication and engineering team so valuable.
And Of Course, a FASS Fuel System!
With all the suspension work underway, we also installed a FASS Diesel Fuel Systems Drop-In Fuel System.
The FASS Drop-In delivers improved fuel filtration and water separation while maintaining a clean, factory-style installation.
When you're investing this much into a brand-new Super Duty, protecting its expensive diesel injection system just makes sense.
Four Pallets Later...
After several days of installation, custom fabrication, wiring, suspension adjustments, and final testing, this 2026 F-250 Platinum was ready to hit the road.
Between the electronically controlled Carli suspension, the custom Logiq airbag mounts, the Method and Nitto wheel-and-tire package, and the FASS Drop-In Fuel System, this truck received one heck of a transformation.
And the best part? It wasn't built just to look good sitting in a parking lot.
It was built to drive.
