The Carli Torsion Sway Bar is one of the most effective upgrades you can make to improve ride quality on your Ram HD. The factory sway bar is extremely rigid, essentially locking the axle to the chassis and transferring every bump from one side of the truck to the other. This results in harsh ride characteristics, excessive chassis feedback, and poor small-bump compliance.
Carli’s torsion sway bar solves this by allowing controlled independent movement between the axle and chassis. The bar is engineered to provide a softer initial rate for comfort, then progressively engage to maintain stability when needed. The result is a smoother, more refined ride on pavement and increased control and precision when driving off-road.
