The Carli Long Travel Air Bag System is designed for Ram 3500 owners who need increased load capacity without sacrificing suspension travel or ride quality. Built to work especially well with Carli Full Progressive Leaf Springs, this system helps regain lost payload capacity while providing an adjustable solution for towing, hauling, and varying loads.
Unlike traditional air bag systems that can limit suspension travel and degrade ride quality, Carli’s long travel design uses a tapered piston, folding sleeve air bag that does not interfere with suspension performance when not inflated. The bags offer 12 inches of travel, operate from 0 to 100 PSI, and are rated to 2,000 lbs. each at 100 PSI.
