These heavy duty long travel shackle kits bolt up to the 1999-2016 F-250/350 trucks with a longer shackle to allow long travel leafs to fully flex without bind. An OEM shackle is short and has a limited amount of travel for it to move as the arch in the leaf changes shape. Without these, the shackle will bind up and limit the amount of travel the leaf has and stiffen the ride. These work extremely well with our 2008+ leaf spring conversion brackets for the maximum travel and ride quality! Our brackets are unique to anything on the market by allowing some adjust-ability in their placement front to rear. This will give you the ability to adjust the angle of the shackle and get the absolute max ride quality and travel possible! It can also help to correct for potential frame manufacturing defects or damage. Kit includes. Brackets are powder coated semi-gloss black wrinkle for a long-lasting finish.
