These shocks are a bit softer on-road compared to the Carli Pintop, but still offer impressive off-road performance for a 2.0" shock. They are specifically tuned to pair with Carli 2.5" Front Springs and Factory Rear Leaf Springs, ensuring a great ride for those looking to take their truck on light off-road terrain while maintaining excellent on-road comfort.

Construction Highlights:
The construction of both the Internal Reservoir (IFP) and Remote Reservoir shocks is of the highest quality. The body is made from 6063 aluminum, which ensures excellent heat dissipation and corrosion resistance, and it is anodized for additional protection. The 5/8" shafts are made from hardened and chrome-plated steel, offering enhanced durability. These shocks are filled with a premium 5WT oil that provides a balanced level of lubricity and damping performance across a wide temperature range.

A standout feature of these shocks is the stem-top bushings. Unlike many competitors, Carli uses rubber bushings for the stem-top, as they perform better under the forces applied in this area than poly bushings. This choice ensures better durability and reliability, eliminating a common point of failure in other shocks.

The rod ends are crafted from 6061 billet aluminum, with a high-quality one-piece bushing and zinc-plated crush sleeves for a precision fit and long-lasting performance. The shock's cylinder end cap has a unique design that overlaps the body, providing external support to the internal snap ring. This feature serves as a travel limiter for trucks without Carli radius arms and limit straps, ensuring the shock stays intact during full compression while bearing the load of the axle. The Remote Reservoir variant offers a separate canister for the dividing piston and nitrogen charge, freeing up the shock body for more piston travel. This results in more suspension travel than an IFP with the same mounting dimensions.
