13-18 RAM 3500 FULL PROGRESSIVE SPRING PACK, LIFT, AUTO-LEVELING AIR SUSPENSION, DIESEL

The Ram 3500 with air-assist bags delivers a maximum payload exceeding 6,000 lbs in most configurations. Carli collaborated with Deaver Spring to design a progressive leaf spring pack that lifts the rear 1″ (14-18 models) or 2″ (2019+ models) while improving unloaded ride quality and preserving the truck’s payload capacity.

By adjusting the rear position sensor, the airbags remain deflated at the new ride height, allowing the progressive springs to handle more of the unloaded ride. This design increases up-travel before engaging the airbags, providing a smoother ride with less air-spring ramp. Additionally, the springs are rated to support the truck’s full capacity, so in the event of an air-system failure, the truck can still safely reach home. Note: the “ALT Trailer Height” button will not lower the rear 1″ when unloaded but will function normally under load for towing or hauling.

To complement the upgraded leaf springs, Carli optimized the factory air system. Custom rear airbag spacers and a relocation bracket for the rear height sensor ensure proper load-leveling operation. The front radius arm drop brackets interfere with the factory air tank, so a custom bracket and airline relocate the tank to the spare tire area. The spare cavity accommodates only a stock-size spare, which fits with the recommended 35″–37″ tires. This relocation also resolves interference with Amp Research steps and the factory air tank.
