Carli 2.5” Big-Shock Suspension System

Designed for the customer who refuses to keep the rubber on the tarmac and demands both quality and value. At the heart of this system is a 2.5” lift with Linear Rate Coil Springs paired to matched-travel King 2.5” Remote Reservoir Shocks, custom tuned in-house for superior on- and off-road ride quality and handling.

The rear includes piggyback reservoir shocks tuned to maximize the ride of the factory leaf springs. Aside from the included lift block, the rear springs remain unmodified to maintain full load capacity while dramatically improving off-road handling and predictability. For those who love the factory towing feel but want to explore beyond the pavement, this is the perfect upgrade.

System Details:

• King 2.5” Remote Reservoir Shocks: Custom pistons tuned for heavy-duty trucks with polished 17-4 stainless shafts and King oil rated to -55°F. Plated steel bodies with optional 3M moisture barrier for long-term durability.
• Adjustable Track Bar: Recenters the axle laterally at the taller ride height for precise handling.
• Torsion Sway Bar (optional): Increases ride quality and reduces chassis movement during cornering.
• Wheel & Tire Recommendations: Up to 35” tires, max 9” width with 5.5”-6” backspace, 18” wheels preferred for optimal ride quality. Tire pressures: 45F / 40R unloaded.
• Low-Mount Steering Stabilizer: Recommended for any tire over factory size to improve steering control.

Notes:

This system is a dedicated solution, not upgradeable to other Carli Suspension Systems. Designed for minimal lift with maximum off-road capability, it retains full payload and towing capacity. Slight eccentric bolt compensation is recommended for caster adjustment as Radius Arm Drops are not included. A Radius Arm Drop Bracket can be added if coil bow occurs, recentering caster and further improving alignment.

The result is a tight, responsive, sports-car-like handling experience, while still delivering the big-shock durability and off-road performance Carli is known for.
