03-13 RAM 2500/3500 LONG ARM SYSTEM, 3" LIFT, DIESEL

Designed from the ground up for maximum front wheel travel and unmatched strength, this Long Arm System takes suspension performance to the next level. The system includes upper and lower arms that exceed factory control arm length by over 50%, offering engineered tire clearance, ¼″ construction, full-length internal gussets, bolt-on installation, and clearance for factory body mounts. The result: the strongest, most refined long arm system available.

Each end features fully serviceable joints that provide zero-bind articulation and nearly friction-free movement. This ensures the smoothest ride quality possible, paired with years of reliable service.

Recommended Carli Components for Extended Travel

• 12″ Travel 2.5″ Kings or 11.25″ Travel 3.5″ Kings (Long-Arm Specific Valving)
• 6.25″ Tall, Slide-Over Carli Fabricated Tower
• Extended Stainless Brake Lines
• 2010–13 Linear Rate Coil Springs
• Short Front Bump-Stop Drop

The Ram Long-Arms can be paired with existing Carli Systems equipped with King Shocks (not recommended with 2.0″ shocks). Short-arm equipped Pintop 2.5, Performance 2.5, and Unchained 3.5 customers can send in their shocks for revalving. However, only Long-Arms take full advantage of extended travel capability.

Tire & Wheel Recommendations

• Wheel: ≤ 9″ wide with 4.5″ backspacing for 37″ × 12.5″ tires (requires body & bumper trimming)
• Wheel: 4.0–4.5″ backspacing with 37″ × 13.5″ tires requires heavy trimming of factory bumper & fender
• For extreme fitments: fiberglass flared fenders and aftermarket bumpers recommended
