Factory packs feature 2-3 main springs with an immobile overload, which acts as a hard-stop during bumps, resulting in harsh engagement over medium-to-large obstacles.

Carli Leaf Springs

Carli’s progressive leaf springs emphasize ride quality while retaining light 3/4-ton capacity. They provide a softer, more planted ride by:

• Increasing main leaf count (factory: 2-4, Carli: 9)
• Replacing single immobile overload with a 3-leaf progressive overload

Bushing Design

Carli replaces factory vulcanized bushings with high-durometer poly bushings and crush sleeves, allowing free axial movement and minimal friction.
