Description:

The Leveling System was designed for people seeking a leveled vehicle with more performance and ride quality than a generic spacer lift. The included front Carli Signature Series Shocks are longer to accommodate the extended travel. Zinc plating, clear coat for corrosion resistance, quality bushings, and protective boots ensure the shocks are durable and backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

Your truck will sit 2.5” higher in the front with 50% more suspension travel than the factory platform thanks to the taller, lighter rate coil springs. Front custom-tuned Signature Series shocks increase suspension control, while brake line tabs allow full use of suspension down-travel. The axle will be off-center toward the driver’s side 3/4" unless the optional Adjustable Track Bar is purchased. Caster Shims improve front end geometry and handling.

As this system does not include anything for the rear, factory towing and payload capacity are maintained. This is an entry level system that can be upgraded with our signature tuned shock packages and an Add-a-Pack or full progressive leaf spring pack for higher-end performance.

The Leveling System will level the front of the truck to the rear on Super Duties equipped with the factory 3-5/8” rear block. Trucks with a 2” rear block require the factory 3-5/8” block for a leveled stance (Part Numbers: 7C3Z-5598-HB, 7C3Z-5598-JB).

Wheel and Tire: Factory wheels should not be run with oversized tires, as they may rub the radius arm, sway bar, and brake lines. Factory tires and wheels work without issue. On our 2.5” Ford Systems, 17”-18” wheels, no wider than 9” with 5.5” backspacing (Carli Radius Arms) or 5” backspacing (factory arms) are recommended. Tires 37×12.5” may require trimming; 35” will likely fit without trimming. Larger wheels improve small bump compliance, though ride will firm up with increased wheel diameter.
