Get ready to conquer any terrain with the BDS Suspension professional 8-inch lift kit featuring a 4-Link conversion for your 2013-2018 RAM 3500 diesel truck. Engineered to elevate performance, stance, and capability, this all-inclusive kit provides clearance for impressive 40" tires.
The front of the kit includes specialized Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, a sturdy drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for precise steering, sway bar links, bump stops, stainless steel brake lines, and finely tuned NX2 or FOX 2.0 nitrogen charged shocks.
That's not all - to accommodate this height, the transfer case is indexed and a new transmission crossmember is included for easy use of the factory front driveshaft. The rear of the kit features either a block and add-a-leaf combination or optional full replacement BDS Glide-ride leaf springs, along with new u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a
4-Link Conversion
Convert the factory stamped steel radius arms over to the BDS 4-link to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade utilizes high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.
Pro-Ride Coil Springs
A pair of full-length, diesel-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied to provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.
Steering Correction
To optimize steering geometry once lifted, a forged drop pitman arm is used to minimize the steering angle and pair it with a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep them in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

- Kits come standard with 6-Bolt indexing ring kit.
8 Bolt Indexing Ring
- Ram has an optional Aisin heavy-duty 6 speed transmission available in the 3500 trucks that utilize a different transfer case mounting bolt pattern (8-bolt).
- The 8-bolt kit also includes an internal shaft seal extension and new shaft seal.
