Description

Enhance the capabilities of your RAM 3500 diesel truck with rear air ride by upgrading with this 6-inch 4-Link lift kit from BDS. This comprehensive kit includes everything needed to improve stance, performance, and clearance for up to 37" tires.

Featuring diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arm conversion, drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and custom-tuned nitrogen charged shocks.

Also included are an indexing ring and new transmission crossmember for the transfer case at this height. In the rear, high strength steel lift blocks, add-a-leaf springs, heavy duty air bag spacers, u-bolts, and matched NX2 Nitro or FOX Performance shocks are utilized.

4-Link Conversion

Convert the factory stamped steel radius arms over to the BDS 4-link to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade utilizes high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, diesel-specific, Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied to provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

T-Case Indexing

At this height, driveline adjustments are necessary to allow the use of the factory driveshafts so a precision-built transfer-case indexing ring featuring ARP-studs can clock the transfer case and improve the front driveline operating angle. Additionally, a high clearance transmission crossmember supplied to allow sufficient clearance.

8 Bolt Indexing Ring

Ram has an optional Aisin heavy-duty 6 speed transmission available in the 3500 trucks that utilize a different transfer case mounting bolt pattern (8-bolt).
The 8-bolt kit also includes an internal shaft seal extension and new shaft seal.
