The included components ensure proper truck setup and allow for clearance of up to 35" tires. With a tried and true high-clearance design, this kit improves ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection, while also correcting suspension and steering geometry for improved on-road handling.
The front of the kit features torsion bar relocation brackets, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates for added offroad protection. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and other
High Clearance Crossmembers
BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.
Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles
BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with factory tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function.

- 35 x 12.5 with 18 x 9 and 4.625 in. Backspace
- 35 x 12.5 with 20 x 9 and 6 in. Backspace
NOTES:
- Torsion Bar Tool required to load/unload the torsion bars.
- Stock 17" & 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled.
- Stock 20" wheels cannot be reinstalled on 2015-2019 models
- Factory dually wheels cannot be reinstalled.
- Models with two-piece rear driveshaft may require #121612.
- Top mounted rear overload spring-equipped models require a different kit than non-overload equipped models. Be sure to select the correct option for your truck.
- Depending on the specific wheel and tire combination trimming may be required for 35x12.50s
