A simple, effective 4" front lift on a true fabricated spindle — more tire and ground clearance with stock-quality ride and handling. Built in the USA for 1999–2007 (classic-body) GM 1500 2WD Silverado / Sierra.
What's in the kit
- CST 4" fabricated lift spindles (laser-cut 1/4" steel, CNC ball-joint tapers, fully MIG-welded)
- Upper ball-joint taper sleeves to retain your stock upper control arms
- 2" fabricated rear lift blocks
- Zinc-plated U-bolts
