Complete Axle Reinforcement: This kit is an all-in-one solution that strengthens both the main axle housing and the C-forgings, which are notorious weak points on the JL/JT Dana 44 M210 front axle.

ProTek Front Axle Truss: The included truss is a one-piece, end-to-end system made from blend of 3/16" and 1/4-inch laser-cut and CNC-formed steel. It spans the entire axle, from left to right, to prevent deflection and reinforce the brittle FAD/CAD casting (Front Axle Disconnect).

C2 End Forging Gussets: The C2 gussets are made from 3/16-inch laser-cut steel and are designed to "backbone" the upper and lower C-forgings. This prevents them from bending or breaking, keeping your alignment in check under heavy loads from large tires and hard landings.

Precision Engineering: Manufactured with CNC press brake forming, this kit minimizes excess heat and welding, which reduces the chance of warping the axle during installation. This makes for an easier, more accurate, and stronger final product.
