Precision Metal Fab is proud to offer one of the first bolt on spring hangers to allow Ford 1999-2007 F-250/350 trucks to convert to the longer 2008-16 rear springs. These brackets bolt up to your frame rail and require no permanent modification to your truck. In 2008 the F-250/350 received a longer rear spring that increased payload capacity as well as increasing the ride quality greatly. You will notice a very large increase in ride quality with the '08+ springs. You will need to supply your own springs for use with these brackets as well as drilling some holes. Brackets come in a pair (only one pictured). All needed hardware is included. Brackets are powder coated black wrinkle for a long-lasting finish. These brackets will not change the height of the truck.
When you are sourcing springs for this swap, we would recommend the '11+ leaf's if possible. They are slightly softer than the '08-10 models but will work with our brackets.
THE EXCURSION BRACKETS DO REQUIRE REMOVAL OF THE OEM HANGERS. HOWEVER THE NEW BRACKETS BOLT IN USING SOME OF THE OLD HOLES SO IT SAVES A LITTLE TIME WITH DRILLING.
