Pusher Intake System for 6.7L Powerstroke (2017–2019)
The Pusher Intake System is a complete performance intake solution developed for 2017–2019 Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke. After more than two years of extensive research, design, and real-world testing, this system was engineered to deliver balanced airflow, improved efficiency, and compatibility with a wide range of turbo configurations.
This system replaces the restrictive factory intake manifold, plastic cold-side charge tube, and factory cold air intake with a fully integrated, high-flow design. The Pusher intake manifold evenly distributes airflow to each cylinder head, while the optimized cold-side charge tube and cold air intake utilize the shortest and most efficient flow paths possible. A TIG-welded aluminum upper filter box integrates with the factory lower airbox and grille ducting to create a true cold air intake system designed for durability and long-term performance.
