- Arms and mounts: CAD-designed, laser-cut 1/4" U.S. steel, gusseted at the axle mount, MIG welded throughout
- Rod ends: rebuildable heavy-duty 1.25" (largest used in the industry), single forged outer shell
- Flex ball: 8620 tool steel on high-quality polyurethane bushings, drilled for cross lubrication from the shell to the link mount bolt
- Joint hardware: heavy-duty hardened steel washers, threaded grease fitting, jam nut on each joint
- Face plate: custom 6061 aircraft aluminum – CNC laser cut, drilled, black powder coated, CNC edge machined, then clear powder coated
- Lift range: 10" up to 14"
