Whether you’ve upgraded injectors, added a bigger turbo, or haven’t touched a thing on your ’94-’02 Dodge, you stand to benefit from one of our intercoolers.

Our direct replacement intercooler installs seamlessly in ’94-’02 Dodge trucks equipped with either the 12-valve or 24-valve 5.9L Cummins. Its end tanks were intentionally made from cast-aluminum to ensure optimum strength in high boost applications. And even though our intercooler’s core measures 3-inches thicker than stock, it fits in the factory location with no required modifications. All you’ll need to install our drop-in, performance replacement 2nd gen intercooler is a few basic hand tools.
