Each caliper is cleaned and no environmentally unsafe remanufacturing processes are used. All threads are chased, not tapped, and no heli-coils are used in remanufacturing. All rubber components and friction hardware components are replaced with new parts. New copper crush washers, banjo bolts, and more are included where applicable. Other parts are inspected, scrapped.
