FASS Fabrication Traction Bars are engineered in-house for superior strength, durability, and performance—utilizing precision manufacturing techniques and high-quality materials.

Precision Manufacturing:

Laser-cut and CNC-bent from ¼” mild steel for consistent accuracy and strength.
Welded using a combination of robotic and manual welding for maximum durability.

Innovative Design:

Unlike traditional round tube adapters welded into sheet metal ends, FASS Fabrication Traction Bars feature a square adapter and bar design with 10 weld seams/plug welds, significantly increasing weld engagement, strength, and stability.

High-Quality Rod Ends:

Frame Side: Features a 2.5” forged rod end with a polyurethane-supported spherical ball. This design provides greater comfort than a Heim joint while delivering superior longevity—no squeaky joints to deal with.
Axle Side: Utilizes a two-piece poly bushing with a sleeve, ensuring durability and reduced maintenance.
