94-02 RAM 2500/3500 2.5" PERFORMANCE LEVELING SYSTEM
Achieve a level stance and improved ride quality with a modest 2.5” front lift that delivers 50% more suspension travel than stock. Blueprinted linear rate coils paired with extended travel Carli Spec 2.0” IFP shocks provide superior control and comfort without breaking the bank.

Please Note: This system is not compatible with rear auto-level air suspension and is not upgradeable to other Carli Suspension systems.
Description:
Designed for drivers who spend most of their time on-road but want improved ride quality and handling, this system features 2.5” linear rate coil springs paired with Carli Spec 2.0” IFP shocks, custom-tuned in-house. Rear shocks are included and matched to the factory rear coil springs, maintaining load capacity while improving predictability.
The 2.5” lift does not require front or rear geometry corrections typical of 3” systems. The front axle may shift slightly toward the driver’s side after installation; this can be corrected with Carli's Adjustable Track Bar. Ride quality can be further improved with Carli’s Torsion Sway Bar.
Wheel and Tire Recommendations:
- Wheel: 17”-18”, no more than 9” wide, 5.5”-6” backspacing recommended
- Tire: 35” E-Rated
- Optimal tire pressure: 45F front / 40R rear
- 18” wheels provide the best small bump compliance
For larger-than-stock tires, we recommend adding a Carli Low-Mount Steering Stabilizer. Customers may also consider slight eccentric bolt compensation to correct caster, as there are no Radius Arm Drop Brackets included. Slight coil bow is possible at this lift height but was not observed in testing.
System Notes:
- Leveling systems are tested on 17”-18” wheels with 35” tires
- Stock wheels or larger diameters will result in a firmer ride
- Torsion Sway Bar replacement includes the entire assembly, no size selection required
