Carli Dominator Suspension System
This is the true jack-of-all-trades suspension system, offering the most wheel travel of any Carli system. The Dominator rides better than any other system on the road while boasting off-road manners to rival the Coilover Bypass. No tubes to adjust or user-tunability are required; we’ve done the hard work for you.
Lift & Geometry
The truck will sit 2.5” higher in the front with more wheel travel thanks to taller, lighter-rate coil springs mounted into fabricated Carli spring buckets. Stainless Brake Lines and an Adjustable Track Bar correct front-end geometry, while Caster Shims improve handling. The rear features a Full Progressive Spring Pack that requires no block, extending travel and reducing wheel hop/axle wrap (at the cost of 15% less load capacity than a stock F-250).
King 3.0” Remote Reservoir Shocks
- 45% larger piston surface area than King 2.5” shocks
- 126% larger piston surface area than factory 2.0” shocks

- 17-4 Stainless shafts – corrosion resistant, no coating to wear off
- King oil rated to -55°F for extreme conditions
- Custom fabricated mounts lift and reposition shocks for clearance
- Plated steel shock bodies (wrap with 3M protective film for long-term exposure)

Performance & Ride Quality
With one massive shock at each corner, the Dominator balances on-road comfort with off-road dominance. It cycles more travel than any other Carli system while being simple to maintain. Four fully rebuildable shocks deliver unmatched performance with tuning handled by Carli.

- Fabricated Radius Arms – strength + limit strap mounting
- Roll Cage – recommended for full off-road use
Wheel & Tire Fitment
- Factory wheels with factory tires: safe, no issues
- Factory wheels with oversized tires: NOT recommended (rubs brake lines, radius arm, and sway bar)
- Recommended wheels: 17”–18” diameter, up to 9” wide
- Backspacing: 5.5” with Carli Radius Arms / 5.0” with factory arms (5.0” may require trimming)
- Tires: 37×12.5” with trimming / 35” likely fit without trimming
- More sidewall = better small bump compliance at proper PSI
- Larger wheel diameters will firm up the ride
