Each kit is custom bent in-house to your exact specifications using industry-leading materials, ensuring a precise fit whether you're running a stock setup, a lift kit with blocks, or a high-horsepower build that demands maximum clamping strength.
These u-bolts are a u-bolt down configuration, meaning the u-bolt nuts sit underneath the bottom of the axle — matching the factory orientation on these trucks.

Configuration Guide — How to Order the Right Kit
Step 1: U-Bolt Diameter
5/8" Diameter (Standard) — This is the factory diameter that came stock on these trucks. Suitable for most street, towing, and mild off-road applications. Recommended for trucks with up to 7" lift blocks.
3/4" Diameter (Upgraded) — Recommended for high-horsepower builds and trucks running lift blocks taller than 7". The larger diameter provides significantly increased clamping force and resistance to axle wrap. Kits include upgraded Adjustable Location U-Bolt Top Plates and convert to a u-bolt-up configuration (nuts and plate on top of the leaf pack).
Step 2: Block Height
Select the height of the lift block(s) you are running. Measure the block height at the center — directly over the top of the axle. If you fall between sizes, always round up to the taller option. Available heights: None (stock), 1", 2", 3", 4", 5", 6", 7", 8", 9", 10".
Step 3: Leaf Pack Type
Without Top Overload Leafs (Standard Pack) — A standard leaf pack where the topmost leaf runs full length from eyelet to eyelet. Typical total thickness is 2–3".
With Top Mounted Overload Springs — For trucks with a thicker leaf pack featuring a separate overload spring and spacer between the main pack and the top overload. This overload spring is not connected at either end. If your pack is thicker than 3", select this option.

Optional Add-On: Adjustable U-Bolt Top Plates (+$49.99)
Replaces your factory u-bolt top plates to allow the rear axle to be moved forward or rearward for alignment purposes. Compatible with lift blocks that feature adjustable alignment pins. Laser cut from 3/8" plate steel and CNC bent for maximum strength — significantly stronger than the factory 1/4" OEM plates. Fits axle diameters from 3.5" to 4.0", making them compatible with both single rear wheel (SRW) and dual rear wheel (DRW) Super Duty trucks with a 3" wide spring. Note: These require a lift leaf pack — they are NOT compatible with factory leaves.

A: Single Rear Wheel (SRW) trucks have a 3.5" axle. Dual Rear Wheel (DRW) trucks have a 4.0" axle.
Q: Do I need to upgrade to 3/4" u-bolts?
A: If you have a high-horsepower engine build OR are running lift blocks taller than 7", we strongly recommend upgrading to 3/4".
Q: What finish do these ship in?
A: All kits ship in a raw uncoated finish. We recommend applying your preferred rust inhibitor or coating after installation.
