Important Notes

Requires frame bracket modification.
Torsion bar tool required to load/unload torsion bars (GM tool #CH48809).
Two-piece rear driveshaft trucks need a carrier bearing drop kit.
Stock 17-18″ wheels often can’t be reused due to tie-rod end interference; stock 20″ wheels work with up to 35×12.50.
Highway use in 4WD may cause minor front driveline vibrations—consider a dual Cardan front shaft if this is a concern.
Some trimming may be necessary depending on your wheel and tire setup.
Not compatible with AT4X or ZR2 models due to different lower control arm profiles.
