The BD Diesel Performance 68RFE ProForce Torque Converter is designed for stock and mildly modified 6.7L Cummins diesel engines producing 350 to 550 flywheel horsepower. It is an excellent upgrade for trucks used in street driving and towing applications where reliability and drivability are critical.
This torque converter features BD’s exclusive Enhanced Stall performance cast aluminum stator, improving efficiency and low RPM response across stock to higher horsepower setups. A billet forged front cover with thicker walls and stronger mounting pads adds strength, while the 11.625 inch dual-clutch improves holding power. Furnace-brazed turbine fins and upgraded piston damper springs further enhance durability and long-term performance.
