This transmission is designed to handle the output of the stock engine but with increased durability from the upgraded snap ring, pressure regulator valve, and aluminum plugs. The common issues, including the run-away reverse pressure, gear slips, and case lug blow out are solved with these upgrades. The deep sump pan allows for more fluid capacity and better cooling. Great for those with stock trucks looking to replace their transmission.
