The front of the kit features top mounted strut spacers, upper control arms, heavy-duty crossmembers, differential relocation brackets, and durable skid plates designed specifically for challenging offroad terrain. To ensure ESC system compatibility, the ride height is adjusted with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends. HD Upper Control Arms (UCAs)
Built for strength, performance and increased travel, these upper control arms are ready to bolt-in with most leveled/lifted trucks. They use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.
High Clearance Crossmembers
BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.
Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles
BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.
