Description

Enhance the performance and capabilities of the 2021-2024 Ford F150 trucks with a 6-inch lift kit featuring FOX 2.0 struts from BDS Suspension. Engineered to elevate stance, the BDS 6-inch lift kit with FOX 2.0 front struts offers increased off-road proficiency. The kit comes complete with all the essentials to properly equip your F150 truck, providing clearance for tires up to 37 inches.

This kit leverages BDS's proven high-clearance design to enhance ground clearance, durability, and offroad defense, while also adjusting suspension and steering geometry for superior on-road driving qualities. It features FOX 2.0 strut shocks, high-arched quarter-inch steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate engineered for offroad protection.

Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse.

In the rear BDS utilizes high strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance along and NX2 Nitro or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

FOX 2.0 Struts

These FOX 2.0 Performance Series coil-over struts bring impressive damper performance for great ride on and offroad capability designed as a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies while retaining the OE coil spring and top plate. They feature a 2.0" extruded and machined 6061 T6 aluminum body for better heat dispersion, along with an internal floating piston (IFP) to eliminate oil aeration, FOX's proprietary internals, 5/8" hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy shaft.

High Clearance Crossmembers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.
