Carli Add-A-Pack & Billet Block
The Carli Add-A-Pack & Billet Block is designed for 2019 and newer Ram 3500 4x4 diesel trucks with a 4.25-inch axle tube. This setup improves rear suspension performance while maintaining as much factory payload capacity as possible, making it a strong option for working trucks that need improved ride quality without moving to full replacement leaf springs.
The progressive add-a-pack replaces the lower portion of the factory leaf pack with a higher count of thinner springs to reduce harshness over hard impacts and big dips. For 2019 and newer Ram 3500 trucks, Carli includes a 1-inch in-house machined billet aluminum block to help match Carli 3.25-inch front lift coil springs and provide a level stance.

Designed for 2019 and newer Ram 3500 4x4 diesel trucks with a 4.25-inch axle tube.

Will not fit 2019 and newer Ram 3500 models with factory air-assist suspension.

Payload reduction is limited mainly to the removal of the upper overload spring.

Ride improvement is not as dramatic as full replacement Carli leaf springs, but is the best option for improved ride quality while keeping close to stock capacity.
