Carli Full Progressive Leaf Pack - For Leveling Systems
The Carli Full Progressive Leaf Spring Pack is engineered to dramatically improve ride quality, predictability, and rear suspension performance on Super Duty trucks. Designed in collaboration with Deaver Spring, this full replacement system replaces the harsh factory leaf pack with a progressive multi-leaf design that delivers a smoother unloaded ride, increased articulation, and up to 15" of rear wheel travel.
Built to pair seamlessly with Carli 2.5" and 4.5" suspension systems, this spring pack offers a balanced combination of comfort and capability. With increased spring progression and optimized geometry, it provides consistent performance across highway driving, off-road terrain, and towing while maintaining near factory load capacity.
