The Carli Adjustable Track Bar allows for precise geometry correction on Carli-leveled JKs. Unlike the many generic track bars flooding the market, the Carli Track Bar is massively overbuilt for its application, featuring a unique vibration-damping design and proven FK Bearings on both ends.

Construction
- 1/4″ wall USA DOM tubing for unmatched strength
- CNC cut and bent for perfect fitment
- Non-adjustable end: Oversized cup with welded strap houses a massive 7/8″ FK Bearing Uniball
- Encapsulated in a vibration-damping composite with isolation washers
- Sealed assembly with in-house machined misalignment spacers, Viton O-Rings, and secure clip-in seals
Adjustable End
On the adjustable side, the track bar features another 7/8″ FK Bearing — a heat-treated chromoly race heim — locked in place with Carli’s proprietary JAMMIT Nut, providing 100% more surface area than a standard jam nut for unbeatable strength and reliability.
