Dynatrac Rebuildable HD Balljoints (Knurled) are engineered to correct worn or oversized knuckle bores while delivering the strongest, most durable balljoint solution available for Jeep JK and WJ applications. Designed for vehicles running larger tires, heavy off-road use, or high mileage, these balljoints eliminate excessive movement that leads to loose steering, uneven tire wear, and reduced vehicle control.
This knurled version is intended for axles where the factory balljoint bores have become loose due to wear or prior balljoint replacements. The knurled body provides an interference fit to restore proper retention in the knuckle. Because knurled balljoints permanently alter the knuckle bore, they should only be used as a last-resort repair solution.
Dynatrac HD Balljoints feature a heat-treated, precision-ground stainless steel ball housed in a high-strength billet body with chromoly stems. Unlike factory or inferior aftermarket designs that rely on nylon or composite wear surfaces, Dynatrac balljoints are fully greaseable, sealed against contamination, and rebuildable without removing the body from the axle housing.
