The No-Drop Series Plus pairs the uprated Signature Series Plus specification with the FASS Fuel Sump, so you get the higher-output system and an install that never requires dropping the fuel tank.

What The Plus Adds
The Plus upgrade is fittings and hose, not pump. Flow ratings, filtration and the motor are identical to the standard Signature Series — what changes is everything the fuel passes through on its way in and out.
- Black anodized O-Ring Boss (ORB) fittings. ORB seals on an o-ring face rather than tapered threads, so there is no tape or sealant in the fuel path, no over-tightening to chase a weep, and the fitting can be removed and reused without losing its seal.
- Black hose throughout. Matches the anodised hardware for a build that looks finished under the bed instead of assembled.
If the truck gets opened up at shows, or you would rather never revisit a fitting after install day, the Plus is worth the difference. If it is a work truck and nobody is looking underneath, the standard Signature Series delivers identical fuel.

No Tank Drop Required
This kit ships with the FASS Fuel Sump. Instead of pulling the bed or dropping the tank to get at the factory sending unit, the sump installs into the bottom of the tank and feeds the system directly. It is the difference between an afternoon and a weekend, and it is why most shops quote the No-Drop kits at a lower labour rate.
