Power is everything when you want to take your 1998.5-2018 Dodge Ram Cummins to the next level or performance and capability. The 1998.5-2018 Ram Cummins Hamilton Valve Springs aid in improving the power production of this truck especially if you are running it with a tuner or VGT charger. These performance enhancers cannot shine if you are not getting the correct valve spring pressure. Your stock springs can only handle so much, and these valve springs are designed to change that by giving you full control of the valvetrain.
The 1998.5-2018 Ram Cummins Hamilton Valve Springs correct all the issues that come with trying to run your stock springs at higher pressures. This starts with experiencing valve float, which can cause serious valvetrain damage, or having your exhaust valves be blown open allowing for reversion. If you experience this reversion, then you are letting exhaust gasses into your cylinder which shield the fuel particles from oxygen and interfere with the combustion process. This all is detrimental to the power of your 1998.5-2018 Dodge Ram Cummins in the form of delaying fuel injection, decreasing the maximum pressure and temperature reached in the cylinder, and increasing the time it takes to burn the fuel.
