Factory VGT actuators are one of the most common failure points on the 6.7L Cummins, and a failed unit takes boost control with it. The ITI-AutoSynq is a billet-housing replacement built to outlast the original, engineered by Industrial Turbo International for 2007.5-2024 applications.
The patent-pending AutoSynq system self-calibrates on installation, so there is no trip to the dealer for programming - it goes on the truck and syncs itself. Inside is a heavy-duty brushless motor that responds faster than the stock unit and holds tighter boost control, and the housing is designed for improved heat rejection so the electronics stay out of the temperature range that kills factory actuators. That margin matters most on tuned trucks and heavy tow rigs where drive pressure runs well above stock.
Every actuator ships as a complete installation package with all required hardware and gaskets included, backed by a one-year limited warranty. It works equally well on a stock turbo or an upgraded one.
