Intercooler Kit, Silver/Polished
The intercooler itself features a significant increase in core volume over stock, durable cast aluminum end tanks, and an efficient bar-and-plate core design that reduces pressure drop while delivering cooler, denser air to your engine. The kit includes mandrel-bent aluminum piping available in polished or wrinkle-black powder-coated finishes, along with Mishimoto DuraCore silicone boots and constant-tension T-bolt clamps for secure, consistent holding power. DuraCore technology provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil compared to standard silicone, effectively preventing leaks and blowouts while extending service life.
Installation is straightforward with everything included: custom mounting spacers to properly secure the intercooler, additional hardware for a complete installation, and all necessary components for the conversion. Every part is engineered to last as long as your truck. Available with your choice of black or silver core, the Mishimoto 7.3L Powerstroke Intercooler Kit is backed by our signature lifetime warranty.
